In accordance with Article 49.1.b GDPR we transfer these data to our servers in the United States of America for the performance of our agreement and the performance of agreements concluded in your interest between HempWorx and another natural or legal person. We retain your data on the basis of United States taxation laws for seven (7) years on our servers after you closed your account.

We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website and to be able to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing, payment and delivery, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

Certain types of personal data can be retained for a longer period with regard to legal tax retention.

To handle your orders, we work together with:

  • Payment providers: BlueSnap, Esquire (NMI), Authorize.net, MaxiCash, iPayAfrica, nowpayments
  • Postal service providers: USPS, UPS
  • Landmark & Global Access

Of these parties, our payment provider and postal service providers are established outside the EU.

3. Sending marketing messages

We send out marketing messages to inform those interested in news, tips, and information about our products and services. Your email address is added to the list of subscribers, only with your permission.

For this purpose, we use your:

We do this based on your consent. You may cancel your subscription to our marketing messages at any time. Each marketing message contains a link to unsubscribe from our marketing message service.
