General Return Policy

At HempWorx, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

  • Physical Products (excluding apparel): All HempWorx physical products, except for apparel, are covered by a 60-day empty bottle satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to the address provided on your packing slip along with a reason for the return. Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed.
  • Apparel : HempWorx apparel items are covered by a 30-day guarantee. Apparel must be returned in new, re-sellable condition with all necessary tags attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Digital Products: HempWorx digital products have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

1. Exchange

You may exchange any unused or unopened items for a product of equal value. Please note that any tampered products will not be eligible for an exchange.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after being initiated, depending on your payment method, bank, and location.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team at support@mydailychoice.com within 10 days of receiving your product. We will issue a replacement for the damaged item.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please send the item to the address listed on your packing slip and include a note explaining the reason for your return. For any assistance with returns, exchanges, or refunds, email us at support@mydailychoice.com, including your account and order number.
